| • 5.5" x 8.5" | • 7" x 10" | • 8.25" x 10.75" |
| • 8.5" x 11" |
Order restrictions of 20 or more per title or single copies for proofs remain in place for books with non-standard sizes, and coil-bound books. Thank you!
